There are twelve very individual rooms and suites all with wide private verandah areas; some have spas, king size beds and water views. Our guests can dine in luxury in our fully licensed fine dining restaurant either indoors, on the verandahs or in the fountain courtyard. The Manor Restaurant is open every night and famous for its seafood platter. It also makes a perfect venue for small functions, weddings, birthday parties, workshops, corporate team buildings etc.
All rooms feature individual ensuites (some with spa baths), ducted air conditioning, Edwardian period furniture and decor, cable TV, CD players, ceiling fans, refrigerators and tea making facilities. Manor Executive Rooms feature queen size beds, single or dual showers. The Manor Suites feature whether king or queen size beds and a spa bath or bath.

Directions from Brisbane:
Take the South East Freeway then Pacific Highway following the signs to Ballina. Continue into town centre (River Street). Head down towards the river and when you get to the waterslide and pool, turn left into Norton Street. Ballina Manor is two blocks down the road on the right hand side.
Directions from Sydney:
Follow the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. Before Hornsby (at Wahroonga) take the F3 Freeway. Travel along the freeway to the end and continue along the Pacific Highway towards Ballina. Continue into town centre (River Street). Head down towards the river and when you get to the waterslide and pool, turn left into Norton Street. Ballina Manor is two blocks down the road on the right hand side.
